Azerbaycan Türk Felsefi ve İçtimai Fikir Tarihi XIX-XX Asırlar adlı eser, kültürel birikimin üzerine, köklerini bu birikimden alan ve kendilik bilinciyle meydana gelen bir Türk felsefesini inşa etme çabalarının parçası olarak yazın tarihindeki yerini alıyor. Azerbaycan coğrafyasında Azerbaycan-Türk kimliğini meydana getiren fikir hareketleri ile bu hareketlerin kurucu ve savunucularının incelendiği bu eser, yakın geçmişte, siyasi sebeplerden ötürü kültürel karmaşıklıklara maruz kalan Azerbaycan halkının öz kimliğinin köklerinin Türk tarihine bağlandığını haklı savını öne sürüyor. Bütüncül olarak Türk Felsefe Tarihi çalışmalarının nitelikli ve disiplinli bir şekilde çalışılmaya başlandığı bugünlerde, parçayı ifade eden Azerbaycan/Türk kültürünün felsefi incelemesi, Türk Felsefesi Tarihi çalışmaları için önemli bir hizmettir. Bu doğrultuda eserin Türkiye Türkçesi ile basılarak, ülkemizdeki akademik çevrelerce tartışılması gerekliliği kendini göstermektedir.
The work of Azerbaijan Turkish Philosophy and Intellectual Idea History XIX-XX centuries takes its place in the summer history as part of the efforts to build a Turkish philosophy that takes its roots from this accumulation and arises with self-consciousness. This work, in which the ideological movements that form the Azerbaijan-Turkish identity in the Azerbaijan geography and the founders and defenders of these movements are studied, suggests the justified claim that the roots of the identity of the Azerbaijani people who have been exposed to cultural complexities for political reasons in the recent past are linked to the Turkish history. In these days, when the Turkish Philosophy History studies have begun to be studied in a qualified and disciplinary manner, the philosophical study of the Azerbaijani/Turkish culture, which represents the part, is an important service for the Turkish Philosophy History studies. In this direction, the work is printed with Turkish, the need to be discussed by the academic environments in our country shows itself.

This work, which examines the intellectual movements that constitute the Azerbaijani-Turkish identity in the Azerbaijani geography and the founders and advocates of these movements, justifies the argument that the roots of the self-identity of the Azerbaijani people, who have been exposed to cultural complexities due to political reasons, are linked to Turkish history. The philosophical study of Azerbaijani/Turkish culture, which represents the piece, is an important service for the History of Turkish Philosophy, as the studies of the history of Turkish philosophy are being studied in a holistic and disciplined manner.
