Abstract:

Monolithic zirconium ceramic restorations, with excellent mechanical characteristics and a single piece with no ceramic separations and systems produced using computer des-single design and computer-supported production (BDT/BDU) technologies. With its resistance and aesthetic characteristics, these silk-sets have found a broader scope of use in recent years with many types of production. The resilience is very important for the restoration to remain in the mouth for many years. Although the monolithic zirconium or restorations are known to have a high stretching resistance, the basic tunes against conventional zirconium and the effects they create in the opposite mines have not been proven. The conventional zirconium- or ceramic systems with opac-white image is the high transluency of the surface-terrain monolithic zirconium to create a natural appearance in the pre-synterization coloring can be done. Also, brightness and glacier processes can be performed for surface brightness and aesthetics. In the improvement of the aesthetic and optical characteristics, the type of ceramic material, translucentity characteristics and surface processes are quite important parameters. Natural teeth have become translucent – it is an important feature that is sought for translucence in zirconium restorations. These systems with wear resistance and aesthetic properties are in widely use in recent years with many generic forms. The mechanical strength of restoration is very important to remain in the mouth for many years. Monolithic zirconia restorations could not be proved superiority against conventional zirconia and the effects they produce in the opposite emal despite their high wear resistance known. In order to create a natural appearance for monoblock zirconia with high translucency compared to standard zirconia ceramic systems with opaque appearance, it can be applied coloring before sintering. In addition, glazing and polishing for surface gloss and aesthetic procedures can be performed.  Zirconia ceramic material type, translucency property and surface treatments are important parameters in improving the aesthetic and optical properties.
