So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

   Günümüzde  küreselleşme  ve  artan  rekabet ortamı nedeniyle, hissedar değeri maksimizasyo‐nu  işletmeler  için  oldukça  önemli  hale  gelmiştir. Bununla  birlikte  geleneksel  muhasebe  bazlı performans  ölçütleri  bu  konuda  yetersiz  kalmış‐tır.  Bu  noktadan  hareketle,  çalışmanın  temel amacı,  Yatırımın  Nakit  Akım  Karlılığı  (CFROI)  ve Nakit  Katma  Değer  (CVA)  yöntemlerini,  2012  yılı için Borsa İstanbul’da işlem gören çimento sektö‐rü  firmaları  için  analiz  etmektir.  Çalışmanın sonucunda çimento sektörü firmalarının etkin bir sermaye  yönetimi  gösteremedikleri,  düzenli  bir nakit  akışı  sağlayamadıkları  ve  hissedar  değeri yaratamadıkları tespit edilmiştir.
