Fıkhın gerek bir ilim dalı olarak ve mezhepler çerçevesindeki gelişiminin, gerekse bölgeler arası intikal süreçlerindeki izinin sağlıklı bir şekilde sürülebilmesi için muayyen bir fıkıh havzası veya bu havzadaki belli bir ülke/bölgenin çok yönlü bir tahlile ihtiyacı vardır. Fıkıh ilmi ve fıkhî mezheplerin coğrâfî mekan, siyâsî ve tarîhîsüreç, sosyolojik altyapı gibi unsurlar çerçevesinde belli bir havzada olgunlaştığı ve zamanla o havzanın rengine büründüğü düşünüldüğünde, fıkhî gelişimin kendisini çevreleyen bu unsurlarla birlikte ele alınarak değerlendirilmesi gerektiği ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Mısır özelinde olmak üzere, târîhî süreçte fıkıh mezheplerinin gelişimi, sivil fıkıh tedrisatı ve hukuk müessesesi gibi bazı açılardan fıkhın siyâset ile olan irtibatı ele alınarak Mısır’daki fıkhın gelişiminde siyâsî unsurların tesiri tespit edilmeye çalışılacaktır.
As a branch of science and the development of the philosophy in the framework of the philosophy, a philosophy pool which is inspected in order that the trace of the philosophy in the interregional intical processes can be followed in a healthy way, or a specific country/region in that pool needs a multi-facet assessment. When it is considered that the fictional science and fictional philosophy are mature in a certain pool in the framework of elements such as the geographical place, political and geographical, sociological infrastructure, and over time they are covered in the color of that pool, it turns out that fictional development should be assessed by dealing with these elements surrounding it. In this study, in particular in Egypt, the development of the fighters in the philosophical process, civilian fighters and law enforcement in some aspects, the connection with the fighters' politics will be dealt with, and will try to identify the establishment of political elements in the development of fighters in Egypt.
