Abstract:

Objective: Attention deficiency and hyperactivity disorder is a condition that is frequently encountered in children and adolescents. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship of the disease with the sociodemographic characteristics of children diagnosed with ADHD. Method: 125 children and adolescents were taken to study in Ardahan. The sociodemographic characteristics are obtained by the standard-defined, sociodemographic data preparation form. The scan and evaluation scale based on DSM-IV has been applied to parents to identify attention deficiency and hyperactivity disorder in children and adolescents. It has also been scaned articles on behavioral disorders in children and adolescents in particular. The ratio of men and girls in cases was 1.15/1 '. The circumstances had positive correlations between the educational status of the family, the place of residence of the child and the age. In girls, the type of negligence of DEHB was found, and in men, the state of impulse-controlling of DEHB was found at the forefront. Discussions: The results of the study show that DEHB has some differences according to gender and age. However, more details are needed on this subject.
