In the presentation of this phenomenon, a special-known case of osteopethrosis has been presented oral rehabilitation with the magnetic atashman of the full protein. A 35-year-old female patient with osteopethrosis syndrome has visited our clinic because of a aesthetic problem in the full protein of the mushrooms. The patient was evaluated after clinical and radiographic examination. The clinical examination found that the patient had been using the magnetic adhesive protein for 15 years. In this case, the patient lost all of his teeth in early age. Only the upper left 2. premolar female is found, and when the oral examination was evaluated, it was found that the full protein was used for a long time with the magnetic adhesive support available on the tooth root. The patient's full protein is determined to be eaten using a similar magnetic system. The patient has been diagnosed with osteosclerosis and scratch tissue in the mandibular area, and the mandibular tissue has not been completed. After the treatment, the patient was checked in the first week, the first month and the third month. Although the retention of magnetic acts decreases over time, the patient has not experienced any problems in this case. When magnetic adhesive systems are sold with other adhesive systems, it may appear that they are insufficient as a retention feature. Keywords: Osteopetrosis, Protetic Rehabilitation, Magnetic Adaptation PROSTHETIC REHABILITATION OF A PATIENT WITH OSTEOPETROSIS: A CASE REPORT ABSTRACT This clinical report describes the oral rehabilitation of an osteopetrosis patient with maxillary prosthesis with magnetic attachment system. A-35-year-old female patient, who suffered from osteopetrosis, came to our clinic due to the aesthetic problem of the maxillary complete denture. After clinical and radiographic examination, the patient's demands were evaluated. In the clinical examination it was seen that the patient was still using the maxillary complete denture with the magnetic attachment system for 15 years. The patient had no problems in terms of magnetic retention but she had complaints about every prosthesis aesthetic. We decided to make a new prosthesis to the patient with the same magnetic attachment system. Mandibular complete denture could not be constructed due to osteosclerosis and scar tissue in the mandibular area. The patient was clinically controlled during the first week, first month and third month following denture insertion. Inspite the decrease in retention of magnetic attachments, the patient had used the prosthesis for a long time with no complaints. In terms of retention characteristics compared to other attachment systems, magnetic systems may be found insufficient in retention.
