Summary: Purpose: Disorders occurring during the development of the front teeth often cause aesthetic problems. Mine hypoplasia is a general picture that represents this condition. Although it is not said that the risk of corruption in the affected teeth increases significantly, these teeth can cause sensitivity and, more importantly, their appearance to cause patients to experience psychosocial problems. In the presentation of this phenomenon, it is also aimed at the rehabilitation of mine hypoplasms by the method of resin infiltration. Fact: Three patients who appealed to our clinic complained of the unprecedented mine in the upper front area. The examination found that the teeth were healthy. Treatment with the resin infiltration method, which is a tissue-friendly treatment technique without the restorative process being applied, was planned. For this purpose, Icon infiltrant, a product with micro-invasion technology, was used. 2 minutes to the surface of the injury to move the injury diameter 2mm. With the time, 15% HCl acid gel (Icon-Etch) was applied. The acid was then washed with water. This acidification procedure provided the removal of high mineral layers that can prevent coloring in the horizontal area and the penetration of resin. 30 seconds before the lesion area is dry. Ethanol (Icon-Dry) was applied and then the surface of the tooth was dry. Then Icon was applied to the surface of the injury.  3 minutes for penetration. Waited for 40 seconds. It was polymerized. And then, again, it is 1 minute. I waited for 40 seconds again. It was polymerized. Result: A significant decrease in the appearance of mine hypoplasms after application was observed. The patient was pleased with his present appearance. Aim: Irregularities that ocur during the development of the previous teeth often cause aesthetic problems. Enamel hypoplasia is a common problem that represents this kind of situation. Although the affected teeth may not be susceptible to caries, sensitivity may be present and more, patients may experience psychosocial problems due to their appearance. Such cases must be urgently treated with an appropriate treatment modality. Case: Three patients admitted our clinic was suffering from opaque enamel lesions in central incisor teeth. The teeth were healthy in dental examination. The treatment with resin infiltration which is tissue-friendly treatment techniques was planned. The icon was used for this purpose. 15% HCl acid gel (Icon-Etch) was applied around the lesion surfaces for 2 min. Then acid was removed by washing with water. Superficial coloration and highly mineralized layer which prevents the penetration of resin was removed with this acid procedure. First ethanol was applied for drying lesion layer and the teeth were dried. Afterwards Icon resin was performed on the surface of the lesion. Teeth have waited 3 minutes for the penetration and polymerized for 40 seconds. The resin applied again for a minute and polymerized for 40 seconds. Result: A significant reduction in the view of emal hypoplasia was observed after application. The patient was satisfied with the current view.
