Bu çalışma, İslam Fıkıh literatüründe felsefenin fikhî hükmü konusunda serdedilmiş olumsuz görüşlerin bir değerlendirmesini yapmayı amaçlamaktadır. Zira Fıkıh müdevvenatında felsefi faaliyetin cevazına dair olumlu bir görüş bulma çabası, samanlıkta iğne aramak kabilinden bir durum gibi gözükmektedir. Bu nedenle, öncelikle fıkıh literatüründe felsefeye dair ortaya konulmuş olan olumsuz yaklaşımların neler olduğunun ve hangi saiklerle bu sonuçlara varıldığının belirlenmesi, büyük önem arz etmektedir. Çalışmamızın konusu olan İslam fıkıh geleneğinin, felsefi faaliyetin dini hükmü hakkında ortaya koymuş olduğu olumsuz yaklaşımları, bu hususta Dr. Ahmet Selman Baktı tarafından hazırlanmış ve kapsamlı bir araştırmanın ürünü olan “Felsefenin “Hakikati” Konu Edinmesi “Caiz” mi?” başlıklı makaleden yola çıkarak ortaya koyacağız. Bilindiği gibi Kur’an-ı Kerim’de, aklı kullanmayı tavsiye eden pek çok ayet vardır. Fakihlerin, temel prensibi aklı kullanmak üzere şekillenen felsefeye yönelik eleştirileri ise bu gerçekle çelişmektedir. Aslında, bir ilim olarak fıkhın içtihada dayandığı, bunda da aklın kullanımını gerektiren kıyasın büyük bir payı olduğu bilinmektedir. Bu durumda fukaha, kendi kullandığı yöntemi kullandığı gerekçesi ilefelsefeyi eleştiriyor demektir ki bu da açıkça totolojidir.
This study aims to make an assessment of the negative views on the philosophy’s philosophy’s philosophy. The negative approaches that the Islamic fiction tradition, which is the subject of our study, has revealed about the religious rule of the philosophical activity, in this regard Dr. “Is it ‘Caiz’ that the philosophy’s ‘truth’ is a product of a comprehensive research prepared by Ahmet Selman Baktı?” We will get out of the title article. There are many verses in the Qur’an, as it is known, which advise to use the mind. The criticism of the poor to the philosophy formed to use the basic principle of mind is contrary to this fact. In fact, it is known that fiction as a science is based in the intestine, and that it also requires the use of the mind. In this case, Fukaha criticizes the philosophy for the reason he uses the method he uses, which is clearly totology.
