Abstract:

1 . After the World War there were many Turkish prisoners in Russia. In the camps where these prisoners were taken because of the war state, the communist propaganda that began in the 1915s began to become effective especially among the officers and played a role in the formation of the core of the Turkish Communist Party, which was to be formed after the October Revolution of 1917. In the years of the National Struggle, it is possible to see the person of Mustafa Suphi from the left to the outside of Anadolu in a way. Mustafa Suphi was born in 1883 in Giresun. His father, Ali Rıza, was a senior officer of the Ottoman State, and his mother, Memnune, was the daughter of Samsun Municipal Reisi Halil Hilmi. His father's ruling in various provinces led Mustafa Suphi to do his first teaching in Jerusalem and in Damascus, and his teaching in Erzurum. We then see Mustafa Suphi, who is registered in the Law Mektebi in Istanbul, in the Political Information Mektebi (l'Ecole Libre des Sciences Politigues) in Paris.
