Abstract:

The aim of this study is to conduct a bibliometric analysis of studies on Green Human Resources Management (Green HRM) based on the Web of Science (WoS) database. A total of 476 studies were examined. While examining the subject of the study; Six categories were examined: The year of the research, document type, authors, branch of science conducting the research, the 5 most cited articles and their country. In addition, VOSviewer 1.6.18 software was used to analyze and visualize co-authorship, citations, relationships between terms and Institutions' Citation Links. As a result, it was determined that the studies on Green HRM increased between 2020-2023 and mostly articles were written. It was determined that the most published study was made by Jabbour CJC and Renwick et al. (2013) was the most cited study. It has been determined that the most studies on the subject among countries have been done in China. Turkey, on the other hand, ranks 15th with 15 studies. When the network maps are examined, the one with the most 28 network connections in the keyword analysis is "Green Human Resource Management". “Sustainability” is in second place with five repetitions. The universities with the most citations were Florida University and Prince Songkla University, with 1 work each. As a result, it has been seen that the studies on Green HRM are increasing day by day and it has been understood that new studies are needed.
