It is dependent that hotel managements serve their clients quality service and increase their profitability to that their employees are satisfied with their jobs adequately. In this context, aim of this study is to determine employee’s general job satisfaction levels which is very important for hotel managements, to reveal the factors affecting satisfaction, to determine the relation between some demographical features of employee and job satisfaction and to compare the job satisfaction levels according to region, status and juridical structure of the hotel managements where employee work. According to findings attained, it is revealed that employee’s job satisfaction level is in an assumable good level and there are eight factors affecting satisfaction level: colleagues, management style, facilities, nature of job, promotion wage, bonus and communication. It is determined that management style has the most, and wage has the least effect on satisfaction. According to the other findings of the study, level of satisfaction increases as the age and working duration of employee in the sector increases; level of satisfaction decreases as education level of the employee increases
