Law abiding administration is one of the significant issues in the state theory. To comply with law and activities of administration being available for judicial review. In order to comply with the rule of law principle in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), two condition of it should be fulfilled. In this study, rule of law principle will be examined in the TRNC, which is a hybrid system of Anglo-Saxon and Continental European legal system. In regard to this, Supreme Court decision will be thoroughly examined and basic principles of rule of law will be studied. The essential goal is to determine the Court’s perspective of the rule of law
