Sağlık alanında yaşanan etik sorunlanların algılanma düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla genel tarama modeli ile yürütülen bu çalışmanın evrenini Gazi Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesinde yer alan Hemşirelik, Fizyoterapi ve Rehabilitasyon (FTR) Bölümlerinde öğrenim gören toplam 1648 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada içerisinde evren örnekleme yöntemiyle belirlenen ve yansız seçilen 446 anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan ankette Kurt vd. (2015) tarafından geliştirilmiş olan “Sağlık Alanında Etik Sorunlara Yaklaşım” ölçeği yararlanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde; aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma gibi betimsel analiz teknikleri; iki değişkenin karşılaştırılmasında t-testi, üç ve daha fazla değişkenlerin karşılaştırılmasında ise tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) testinden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda katılımcılar, “hastanın kişiliğine ve mahremiyetine saygı gösterilmemesi”, “sağlık çalışanlarının tedavi sorumluluğunu aksatması” ve “zayıfların/güçsüzlerin sağlık hizmetleri ile ilgili haklarının korunmaması” gibi konularda etiksel olarak daha fazla sorun olduğunu belirtmişlerdir. Bunun yanısıra katılımcıların etik sorunlara ilişkin görüşlerinin cinsiyet, bölüm, sınıf düzeyi ile etiksel sorunlara ilişkin bilgi düzeyi değişkenleri açısından anlamlı olarak farklılaştığı bulgusu elde edilmiştir.
The universe of this study, carried out with the general scan model for the purpose of determining the levels of perception of ethical problems in the field of health, was created by a total of 1648 students studying in the Department of Nursing, Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation (FTR) located in the Faculty of Health Sciences of the University of Gazi. The study included 446 survey applications identified and selected by the universe sample method. The research was conducted by Kurt Vd. The scale "Ethical approach to health issues" developed by (2015) has been used. In the analysis of data, the visual analysis techniques such as the arithmetic average, standard deviation, the t-test in the comparison of two variables, and the one-way variable analysis (ANOVA) in the comparison of three or more variables were used. The researchers found that there were more ethical problems in issues such as “the lack of respect for the patient’s personality and privacy”, “the breach of the healthcare workers’ responsibility” and “the lack of protection of the rights of the weak/deficient people to healthcare”. In addition, it was found that participants’ opinions on ethical issues differed significantly in terms of gender, section, class level and ethical issues information level variables.
