Abstract:

The Ottoman State, XVIII. In the first half of the century, Russia, Venice, Austria and the Safavian states entered wars. The longest wars in these states have been with the Safavi State. The war between Iran and Iran began in 1723 and continued until 1747. The Ottoman state has spent intensely efforts in these long-term Iranian battles to defend and maintain its eastern borders under confidence. As in other flights, as in the Ottoman-Iran fights, the military’s flight preparations and the material and human resources of the whole country were transferred for the military’s service and supply. The state of Sivas, which is located on the middle-hand route of Anadolu, has sent soldiers and provided logistical support for these trips. The study, with the help of existing resources, aims to reveal the dimensions of the military and logistics support provided to the Ottoman army by the state of Sivas during the 1723-1730 Ottoman-Iran flights.
