Bu çalışmada, eğitimcilerin görüşlerine göre, Türkiye’deki bazı eğitim meselelerine ilişkin konuların, sözleşmeli okul modelinin başarı bileşenleriyle nasıl bir ilişki içerisinde olduğunun ortaya çıkarılması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma karma araştırma modeline uygun şekilde desenlenmiştir. Devlet okullarında çalışan öğretmenler, okul müdürleri ile maarif müfettişleri, Türkiye’deki özel ya da vakıf üniversitelerinin eğitim fakültelerinde görev yapan akademisyenlerden oluşan ve yüz yüze görüşmelerde 30, anket uygulamasında 583 olmak üzere toplam 613 katılımcıdan veri toplanmıştır. Nitel veri, araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanmış olan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu yardımıyla elde edilmiş ve veriler üzerinde içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Daha sonra 583 katılımcıdan, araştırmacılar tarafından oluşturulan anket yoluyla veri toplanmış ve bilgisayar programı yardımıyla analiz edilmiştir. Görüşmelerde katılımcıların değindikleri problemler ile sözleşmeli okulların başarı bileşenleri arasında muhtemel ilişkiler ortaya çıkarılmaya çalışılmıştır. Analiz sonucunda, Türkiye’deki eğitim sistemine ilişkin problemlerin bir bölümünün sözleşmeli okul yapısına işlerlik kazandırılarak çözümlenebileceği düşüncesi öne çıkmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda, elde edilen sonuçlar tartışılarak önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
In this study, according to the opinions of educators, it is intended to reveal how issues related to some educational issues in Turkey are in a relationship with the success components of the contractual school model. The work is designed in accordance with the karma research model. Teachers working in state schools, school directors and maarif inspectors, from academics working in the educational faculty of private or foundation universities in Turkey, and in face-to-face conversations, data from a total of 613 participants, including 583 in survey application, were collected. Qualitative data was obtained with the help of a semi-configured interview form prepared by the researchers and content analysis on the data was carried out. The data from 583 participants was then collected and analyzed through the survey created by the researchers with the help of a computer program. The discussions were attempted to identify the potential relationships between the problems the participants addressed and the success components of the contractual schools. As a result of the analysis, the idea that some of the problems related to the educational system in Turkey can be solved by providing work to the contractual school structure. At the end of the study, the results obtained were discussed in recommendations.
