Öğretmenlerin mesleki yaşamları olumsuz etkilendiğinde tükenmişlik yaşamaları araştırmalarla ortaya koyulmuştur. Okul öncesi öğretmenlerde okul iklimi algısının öğretmen tükenmişlik düzeyleri ile ilişkisini belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilen bu araştırmanın çalışma grubuna Ankara ili Etimesgut ilçesinde 2022-2023 görev yapmakta olan 168 okul öncesi öğretmen dahil edilmiştir. Okul İklimi Ölçeği ve Öğretmenlerde Tükenmişlik Ölçeği birlikte kullanılarak toplanan veriler, araştırmanın amacına uygun analizlerle incelenmiş ve elde edilen bulgular ışığında okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin okul iklimi algısının yüksek, öğretmen tükenmişlik düzeylerinin orta olduğu ve okul iklimi algısı ile öğretmen tükenmişlik düzeyleri arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
It has been revealed by research that teachers feel exhausted when their professional lives are negatively affected. 168 preschool teachers working in Etimesgut district of Ankara province in 2022-2023 were included in the study group of this research conducted to determine the relationship between school climate perception and teacher burnout levels in preschool teachers. The data collected by using the School Climate Scale and the Teachers' Burnout Scale together were analyzed with analyses appropriate to the purpose of the study, and in the light of the findings obtained, it was concluded that preschool teachers' perception of school climate was high, teacher burnout levels were moderate, and there was no significant relationship between school climate perception and teacher burnout levels.
