İlköğretim Kurumlarında Çalışan Yöneticilerinin Örgütsel Stres Düzeylerinin Bazı Değişkenlere Göre İncelenmesi

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, ilköğretim kurumlarında çalışan yöneticilerin örgütsel stres düzeylerinin bazı değişkenlere göre incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın evrenini 2022-2023 eğitim öğretim yılında Diyarbakır ili Kayapınar ve Yenişehir merkez ilçelerinde görev yapan 1016 okul yöneticisinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi, evrenden tesadüfî örnekleme yoluyla ile belirlenen Kayapınar ve Yenişehir merkez ilçelerinde görev yapan 180 okul yöneticisinden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmanın verileri “Örgütsel Stres Ölçeği” ve “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” kullanılmıştır. Örgütsel stres ölçeği Solakoğlu (2007) tarafından geliştirilmiş olup 28 madde ve 5 alt boyuttan oluşmaktadır. Araştırma verilerinin analizinde aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, frekans, yüzde değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Ayrıca araştırmada, t-testi, ANOVA testi kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda örgütsel stres ölçek alt boyutlarına ilişkin tanımlayıcı istatistikler sonucunda ilköğretim kurumlarında çalışan yöneticilerin örgütsel stres düzeylerinin aritmetik ortalaması X=3,50 standart sapması Ss=0,80 olarak bulunmuştur. Araştırma sonucundan hareketle, örgütsel stresin boyutları arasında bir karşılaştırma yapıldığında, yöneticilerin en fazla maddi olanaklardan dolayı stres yaşadıkları görülmüştür.

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to study the organizational stress levels of managers working in primary education institutions according to some variables. The universe of research consists of 1016 school managers working in Diyarbakır or Kayapınar and Yenişehir central districts in the 2022-2023 educational year. The sample of the study consists of 180 school managers who work in the Kayapınar and Yenişehir central districts determined by random sampling from the universe. The data of the study was used "Organic Stress Scale" and "Personal Information Form". The organizational stress scale was developed by Solakoğlu (2007) and consists of 28 items and 5 sub-dimensions. In the analysis of the research data; arithmetic average, standard deviation, frequency, percentage values are calculated. Also in the research, the t-test, the ANOVA test was used. As a result of the analysis, the identificative statistics on the organizational stress scale subdimensions found that the organizational stress levels of managers working in primary schools are an arithmetic average of X=3.50 standard deviation Ss=0.80. According to the study, when a comparison of the sizes of organizational stress was made, managers experienced the most stress due to their financial possibilities.

Universe of the study consists of 1016 school administrators working in central districts of Kayapınar and Yenişehir of Diyarbakır province in the 2022-2023 academic year. Sample of the study consists of 180 school administrators working in the central districts of Kayapınar and Yenişehir, which were determined by random sampling from the universe. The data of the study "Organizational Stress Scale" and "Personal Information Form" were used. The organizational stress scale was developed by Solakoğlu (2007) and consists of 28 items and 5 sub-dimensions. In the analysis of study data; arithmetic mean, standard deviation, frequency and percentage values were calculated. In addition, t-test and ANOVA test were used in the study. As a result of the analyzes made; In consequence of As a result of the descriptive statistics regarding the organizational stress scale sub-dimensions, arithmetic mean of the organizational stress levels of the administrators working in primary education institutions was found as X=3,50, and standard deviation as Ss=0.80. Based on the results of the study, when a comparison is made between the dimensions of organizational stress, it is seen that the managers experience stress mostly due to financial opportunities. Araştırma sonucundan hareketle, yapılan araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre örgütsel stresin boyutları arasında bir karşılaştırma yapıldığında, yöneticilerin en fazla maddi olanaklardan dolayı stres yaşadıkları görülmüştür.
