In this article, I reflect on the ways in which the families of popular sectors produce their houses through the different movements they make towards community spaces and the links they establish with policies and people. I study how and in what places they are constituted. What roles do daily flows play in their conformation and the policies and things that circulate? How are the various functions of the house supported? As part of ethnographic fieldwork done from 2017 to 2020 in a popular neighborhood in Mar del Plata (Argentina), I propose the house as a network that generates practices. In turn, the house must be extended for its materialization, in constant movement, and produced through the persistent and variable assemblage of actors and places.
