Küreselleşmenin beraberinde getirdiği değişim ve gelişimin en çarpıcı izlendiği sektörlerin başında sağlık sektörü gelmektedir. Günümüz rekabet koşullarında sağlık sektöründe hizmet veren işletmelerin varlıklarını sürdürebilmeleri için maliyetlerini iyi yönetmeleri gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Türkiye’de maliyet ve yönetim muhasebesi alanında yapılmış lisansüstü tez çalışmaları ile araştırma makaleleri içerisinden sağlık sektöründe faaliyet tabanlı maliyetleme yaklaşımını tercih eden çalışmalar ele alınmıştır. Bu kapsamda 2003- 2018 yılları itibariyle Yükseköğretim Kurulu Ulusal Tez Merkezi veri tabanında yer alan kullanıma açık (izinli) lisansüstü tezler ile dergilerde araştırma makaleleri incelenmiştir. Yapılan çalışmalarda genellikle örnek olay yönteminin tercih edildiği gözlemlenmiştir. Faaliyet Tabanlı Maliyetlemenin sağlık sektöründeki maliyetleme araştırmalarda daha doğru sonuçlar verdiği anlaşılmıştır.
The world’s largest health sector is the world’s largest health sector and the world’s largest health sector is the world’s largest health sector. In today’s competitive conditions, healthcare companies need to manage their costs well in order to maintain their assets. The purpose of this study; in Turkey in the field of cost and management accounting, graduate thesis studies and research articles have been addressed with studies that prefer the activity-based cost-based approach in the health sector. In this context, from 2003 to 2018, the Higher Education Council has studied research articles in journals with open (licensed) graduate theses included in the National Thesis Center database. In the studies performed, it has often been observed that the example method of event is preferred. Activity-based expenditure has been shown to give more accurate results in the cost research in the health sector.
The health sector has been primary sector which dramatically affected by change and development with the help of the globalization. Businesses in the health sector need to manage their cost very effectively in order to survive in today's competitive conditions. The purpose of this study discusses published articles and graduated thesis about cost accounting and management accounting preferred in health sector activity based costing in Turkey. In this context, open-use (permission) postgraduate theses and research articles in the journals are focused on the database between 2003 and 2018 of the National Dissertation Center of the Council of Higher Education. In this observation, conducted studies have preferred of the case study method. It is accepted that Activity Based Costing gives more accurate results in costing researches in health sector.
