Abstract:

Aim: This study was aimed to analyze the current status and financial performance of the first five-year period when an Educational-Training Branch Hospital (A1 Branch) started its activities and to contribute the future finance plans. Method: It is a descriptive study that aims to retrospectively analyze the financial statements of the 5-year period when Private Dal Hospital started its first activities. In the analysis, the primary data were carried out on the balance sheet and income tables of the hospital's five operating years. Ratio analysis (ratio analysis) was used as financial analysis method. Findings: The findings were handled in four categories as liquidity ratios, activity ratios, financial structure ratios, profitability ratios. Results: In order to ensure the effectiveness of the hospital's financial performance, it is recommended to maintain its liquidity, keep its costs under control, increase its effectiveness in receivable-debt management and regularly monitor its financial indicators professionally.
