A model has been proposed and tested for this purpose. The data was collected with the survey technique from 307 tourist guides who participated in the research and registered in the Nevşehir Guide Room. To analyze the data, statistical analysis techniques such as frequency, percentage distribution, central distribution measurements (arithmetic average, standard deviation) and correlation, regression have been used. The study also included the result of the road analysis of the structural equality model established in order to measure the impact between the variables. Research shows that tourist guides experience uncertainty in their work. It has also been found that the perceptions of uncertainty in the work have a negative and meaningful impact on the dimensions of emotional exhaustion and insensitivity on the positive, personal sense of success dimensions.
