İnsan bildiği sözcükler üzerinden düşünür, karar verir ve iletişime geçer. İnsanın dünyayla bağı ana dili üzerinden gerçekleşir. “Dilimin sınırları, dünyamın sınırlarıdır.” diyen Wittgenstein’ın bu sözü, dilin sadece sesli işaretler sistemi olmadığını göstermektedir. Kişi dünyayla bağ kurarken sevinç, hüzün, acı gibi hislerini sözcük kalıplarına döker. Bu kalıplardan birisi olan kalıp sözler düşünceleri tıpkı atasözleri, deyimler, birleşikler ve ikilemeler gibi özlü anlatmayı sağlar. Toplumun değerli bir parçası olmayı hissettiren günaydın, gözün aydın, güle güle, iyi akşamlar, iyilik sağlık, ne var ne yok, hayırdır inşallah, afiyet olsun, Allah’a ısmarladık gibi kalıp sözler; kişinin kendisini rahatça ifade etmesini, iyi ve kötü anlarda düşünceyi kısa ve açık bir şekilde anlatabilmeyi, toplumsal işleyişi düzenleyip nezaket kurallarına uymayı, konuşanların kısa sürede yalın bir şekilde anlaşabilmesini, topluma aidiyet duygusuyla bağlanarak kültürel ve dinî değerleri ifade etmeyi, iletişimde karmaşayı ortadan kaldırmayı sağlar. Konuşma dilinde kullanım sıklığına sahip olan kalıp sözlerin özelliklerini ve işlevlerini çevrim içi etkileşimli Türkçe diyalog botu olan Gökbilge’nin kullanmasını sağlamak ve dolayısıyla veri tabanına işlemek önemlidir. Kalıp sözlerin seçimi ve tasnifi ağırlıklı olarak Gökdayı’nın (2011) çalışması üzerinden gerçekleştirilirken Gökbilge’nin dil kullanıcılarının kullandıkları kalıp sözlere ilişkin yanıtları, yine dil kullanıcıları ile yapılan anketler üzerinden oluşturulup kalıp sözlerin bağlam odaklı işlevlerini sohbet botu üzerinden gösterebilmek için örnek karşılıklı konuşmalar hazırlanmıştır. Ortaya çıkan veri tabanı sayesinde diyalog botu Gökbilge, Türkçenin birçok kalıp sözünü bilmekte ve onları bağlam odaklı olarak kullanabilmektedir. Gökbilge’nin söz konusu veri tabanı; karşılıklı konuşma sınavları, ana dil öğretimi, yabancı dil öğretimi gibi alanlarda kullanılabilen yardımcı (asistan) bir bot olma niteliği göstererek birçok çalışmaya da veri sunacak bir nitelik taşımaktadır.
