Öz: Bir medeniyet inşasında, toplumun başta inanç ve ahlak anlayışının belirleyici etkisi açıktır. Buna göre medeniyet kurmada ise o medeniyetin din, kültür ahlak merkezli unsurlarını içeren “ictimai ilimlerin” önemi açıktır. Dünyada MS. 7.yüzyıl ile 19. Yüzyıl arasında dünya düzenine hâkim olarak yön veren İslam medeniyetine bağlı toplumların/ devletlerin, “Tevhidi Düşünce” bilgi anlayışının özgün ilmi bilgi yapısı ile medeniyeti kurmadaki belirleyicilikleri tartışmasızdır. Bu tartışmasız üstünlüğü sağlamada en etkin unsur olan“kâmil insan” özelliğinin ahlak-kültür ve inanç birlikteliği de, temel bir konumdadır. Böylece İslam’ın medeniyet inşasında kâmil insan tipinin varlığı, onun kimlik ve şahsiyet oluşumunun nasıl geliştiği önem taşımaktadır. Buna göre “kamil insan” tipinin bu vasıfları ile medeniyetin “kuruluşun”un nasıl gerçekleştirdiği konusu, ictimai ilimlerin bütüncül etkisi ile ele alınarak çok yönlü olarak bilinmeyi gerekli kılmaktadır. Bunun içinde İslam medeniyeti açısından “kamil insan” kimdir ve bu “kamil insanı” inşa eden “ düşünce” anlayışı ve onun “bilgi yöntemi”nin ne olduğu, ”medeniyet-eğitim”, “medeniyet –kamil insan tipi”ve “medeniyet –tasavvuf “ ilişkisinin ictimai etkisinin, ictimaiyat ilmi(İctimaiyat tevhidi düşünce anlayışına göre ideal toplum anlayışıdır) açısından ortaya konulmasının öncelikli gereği bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışma böyle bir amacı gerçekleştirme adına Tevhidi Düşünce ilmi bilgi yöntemi üzerinden “medeniyet- kamil insan ve bu kamil insanı inşa eden/yetiştiren tasavvuf “etkileşiminin özgün oluşumunu, tevhidi bütüncül ilmi yöntem bağlamında ele alarak izah etmeye çalışmaktadır. The determining effect of the belief and ethical understanding of society is clear foremost in the construction of a civilization. According to this, the importance of “içtimai sciences” (içtimai is any subjects related with the idea of society according to thought of tawhid) including religion, culture and ethic-centered constituents is explicit in constructing a civilization. The decisiveness of the understanding of knowledge of “thought of tawhid” of the Islamic civilization-oriented societies/ states that were directing the world system as the dominant power between 7th and 19th centuries A.D. in the world, in the construction of distinctive knowledge structures and civilizations, is undisputable. The togetherness of ethic, culture and belief of “perfect human being” characteristic as the most effective element providing this undisputable superiority is at the essential position. Thus, in the setting-up of the civilization of Islam, the existence of perfect human-being type and how his identity and character develops are very crucial. According to this, it becomes a need that these properties of “perfect human being” type and the subject that how a civilization’s “setting-up” is realized, should be known by dealing with the holistic impact of ictimai sciences as multi-faceted. It is a very high-priority need that in terms of Islamic civilization, who “perfect human being” is and the understanding of “thought” constructing this “perfect human-being” and what its “method of knowledge” is ictimai effects of the relationship of “civizilation-and education”,“civilization and perfect human being type” and “civilization and tasavvuf”must be manifested in terms of ictimaiyat science (ictimaiyat is the idea of society according to thought of tawhid). In the name of achieving that kind of aim, by using scientific method of knowledge of Thought of Tawhid, this study is trying to explain the authentic formation of the interaction of “civilization-perfect human being and Sufism constructing/upbringing this perfect human being” by dealing within the context of holistic scientific method of tawhid.
