The aim of this study is to examine the benefits and disadvantages of technological areas and employment structure arisen by Industry 4.0, which emerged in Germany for the first time in 2011. In the study, the effects of the industry 4.0, which started in Germany, on the structure of the industry, production process, technology, employment were evaluated. Industry 4.0 has emerged in Germany, so research and literature on this subject in Germany have been searched. As a result of these researches and analyzes, it has been found that industry 4.0 substantially changes the production process and management, providing creative destruction in innovation by reconciling technology in a concrete way. In addition, the qualification in employment has made the personnel and the expert become important, reducing the costs, shortening the production time and increasing the product quality. In addition to the benefits of Industry 4.0, it is controversial that people can meet their real needs. If Industry 4.0 is desired; creative intelligence and differences will become important in creating knowledge and technology.
