In the study, the Flushing + Coach effect in Akkaraman sheep or the effect of pregnant serum gonadotropin (PMSG) applications in different doses on sheep yield was studied. For this purpose, 124 heads were divided randomly into five groups at the beginning of the study. These groups were PMSG300 (n=25), PMSG500 (n=24) and PMSG700 (n=25), Flushing + Coach Effect (n=25) and Control (n=25). In the PMSG groups, estruses were synchronized with a sponge containing 20 mg fluorogestone acetate in the vagina (12 days) and 75 μ cloprostenol and PMSG300, PMSG500 and PMSG700 groups were applied in the sponge 24 hours before the removal, respectively; 300, 500 and 700 IU PMSG were applied in the muscle. Five days after the removal of the sponge were detected. Flushing + Coach effect group applied flushing for 4 weeks and at the end of this period 4 weeks of estress was detected. There was no additional application to the control group, and two months of estrus tracking were carried out in August-September. In all groups, the tracking of esthrus was performed twice a day for 30 minutes, and the sheep in esthrus were combined with the score method. While there was no difference between the pregnancy rate and the livelihood of the milk in the group; the birth rate in the PMSG700 group, the flushing + coach effect and control group, the sheep yield, was low compared to the PMSG500 group (P<0.05). As a result, it was found that in the reproductive season of the Akkaraman race sheep, in addition to synchronization with the combination of progesterone + prostaglandinF2alfa, the 500 IU PMSG application could accumulate the estruses and increase the sheep productivity.
