Abstract:

This work is a musician and nutritionist, the Ottoman Padişah Sultan III, who hit the mark of Turkish Music. Selim's position in Turkish Music, his influences on his musical tradition and his musical movements in the time and Sultan III. Selim's works in the "Beste" form are studied in the direction of the procedure-rice venus relationship, aiming to explore the conformity of buffet, venus and composition. In addition to the reformist character of Selim, it is an influential name that will be called "Selim Period" in the artistic personality and Turkish music. The works he composed and the authorities he left and his influence and support on the period artists and contributed to the creation of a productive period in Turkish music.
