Özet:

Rummani is one of the important linguist and commentators who lived in the forth century as Hijri Calender. In so far as, his scientific legacy did not get a chance to reach up today completely. He is the author of the first ljaz book reaching our century. As self, this book remains turned around the Ijaz and balaghah of Qur’an. However, we think that his opinions about the balaghah is not limited with this book. We think that there is one more book that mentions about the balaghah in general terms as is conventional in period. The concrete evidences of this assertion can be achieved when we consider the aouthor`s opinions about this topic with the other works that have made some citations from his book. Through a holistic overview of the author's opinion, it is possible to have an opinion about the book that did not get a chance to reach up today. When we consider his opinions about the balaghah and the sub-branches of balaghah as comparative, the differences in style of processing matters clearly show themselves. On the one hand the differences in style of processing matters, on the other hand his opinions that are written on the other sources but not written in his Ijaz book leads us to his different work about balaghah. One of the important references on this subject Ibn Rashiq, the other one is Ali b. Khalaf
