Mesleklerin gerektirdiği nitelikleri kazandırmak amacıyla tüm mesleklerde olduğu gibi öğretmenlik mesleğinde de hizmet öncesinden başlayarak kuram ve uygulamayı birleştirerek mesleki standart kazandırmak 21. yüzyıl öğretmen profilinin vazgeçilmez özelliği olmuştur. Bu durum, öğretmen yetiştirme görevini üstlenen eğitim fakülteleri programlarına da yansımış, amaç doğrultusunda fakültelerde verilen teorik derslerin okullarda uygulama boyutu süreci ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu derslerden biri de öğretmenlik uygulaması dersidir. Eğitim-öğretim süreci öncelikle zaman, enerji ve kaynakları rasyonel kullanmaya dönük olarak planlamayı gerektirmektedir. Ancak plan ne kadar iyi yapılırsa yapılsın öğretim sürecinde sorunlar ve istenmeyen durumlar zaman zaman kaçınılmaz olabilmektedir. Sınıf öğretmeni adaylarının öğretmenlik uygulaması dersinde karşılaştıkları sorunların belirlenmesinin amaçlandığı bu araştırma, betimsel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama yöntemine göre 2018-2019 eğitim-öğretim yılı bahar döneminde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Açık uçlu 4 sorudan oluşan anket ile 22 sınıf öğretmeni adayından elde edilen veriler betimsel ve içerik analizi yoluyla çözümlenmiştir. Analiz sonucunda sınıf öğretmeni adaylarının öğretmenlik uygulaması sürecinde uygulama okullarında; okullardaki öğretmenlerden, okul yöneticilerinden, okullardaki öğrencilerden ve okullarda görevli personelden kaynaklanan sorunlar olmak üzere 4 ana noktada sorunlarla karşılaştıkları görülmüştür. Ancak, genel olarak sorunların ilgili kurumlar ve süreci organize eden personel arasındaki koordinasyon eksikliğinden kaynaklandığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Söz konusu sorunların çözümü için koordinasyon sürecinin etkinleştirilmesi ve uygulama öğretmenlerinin öncelikle gönüllü ve deneyimli öğretmenlerden seçilmesi yönünde öneriler sunulmuştur.
In order to acquire the qualifications required by the professions, as in all professions as well as in the teaching profession, the combination of theory and practice and the professional standard of the 21st century teacher profile has been an indispensable feature. This situation has also reflected in the educational faculty programs that take over the teacher training task, the theoretical courses given in the faculty in accordance with the objective has emerged in the school’s process of application size. One of these lessons is the teaching practice. The education-learning process requires first and foremost planning towards the rational use of time, energy and resources. But no matter how well the plan is done, problems in the teaching process and unwanted situations can be inevitable from time to time. This research, which aims to identify the problems the class teacher candidates encounter in the teaching practice course, was carried out in the spring period of the 2018-2019 educational year according to the scanning method of the visual research methods. The data obtained from the 22 class teacher candidates with an open-end 4 question survey was analyzed through visual and content analysis. The analysis found that class teachers candidates in the teaching practice were confronted with problems in 4 main points, including problems arising from teachers in schools, school managers, students in schools and staff in schools. However, it has found that the problems generally arise from the lack of coordination between the relevant institutions and the staff organizing the process. Recommendations were presented to activate the coordination process to solve these problems and to select the teachers of practice primarily from volunteer and experienced teachers.
