Bu araştırmada bir uğraş için hevesli olmaktan, o uğraşta adanmışlığa giden yol olarak tanımlanan ciddi boş zaman kariyerinin ölçülmesi adına geçerli ve güvenir bir ölçüm aracı ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada pilot uygulama sonrası ilk uygulama yapılmış, 290 üniversite öğrencisinden elde edilen veriler ile KMO-Barlett testi yapılarak örneklem büyüklüğü test edilmiş (.90; 2052, 218, p<0,001) ardından yapılan açımlayıcı faktör analizi ile 3 boyutlu bir yapı elde edilmiştir. Yapılan açımlayıcı faktör analizi doğrultusunda kesme değeri .40 olarak belirlenmiş, toplamda 13 maddeden oluşan soru havuzu, birbirine yük veren maddelerin madde havuzundan çıkartılmasıyla 11 maddeye indirilmiş; fayda, sosyal etki ve kariyer beklentisi alt boyutlarından oluşan faktör yükleri .65 ila .85 arasında değişen bir yapı elde edilmiştir. Toplam varyansın %69’unun açıklandığı faktör analizi sonuçlarının yanı sıra iç tutarlılık katsayıları alınmış, her alt boyut için sırasıyla .87,.75 ve .81 olarak bulunmuştur. Ciddi boş zaman kariyeri ölçeği toplam iç güvenirlik katsayısı ise .88 olarak saptanmıştır. Yapılan açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonrası elde edilen yapının geçerliliğini ve doğruluğunu test etmek üzere doğrulayıcı faktör analizi yapılmıştır. Test tekrar test sonrası yapılan DFA’nın yapı geçerliliğine kanıt oluşturduğu görülmektedir (RMSEA .074, SRMR 0.46, NFI 0.97, CFI 0.98, NNFI 0.98, x2/df 2.64). Sonuç olarak ciddi boş zaman ve kariyerini belirlemede geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçüm aracı ortaya koyulmuştur.
This research aims to reveal a valid and reliable measurement tool for the measurement of a serious vacation career, defined as the path to dedication to that job. The first application after pilot application was done in the study, with the data obtained from 290 university students with the KMO-Barlett test tested the sample size (.90; 2052, 218, p<0,001) and a three-dimensional structure was obtained with the opening factor analysis. The verifying factor analysis has been performed to test the validity and accuracy of the structure obtained after the analytics of the detection factor. The test re-test resulted in evidence of structural validity of the DFA (RMSEA .074, SRMR 0.46, NFI 0.97, CFI 0.98, NNFI 0.98, x2/df 2.64). As a result, a valid and reliable measurement tool was presented in determining your serious leisure time and career.
