Bu çalışmanın amacı, yaygın olarak incelenen bir konu olan mobbing ile yeni bir kavram olan cam uçurum arasındaki ilişkiyi açıklamaktır. Mobbing, iş dünyasına katıldıkları andan itibaren kadın yöneticilere psikolojik baskı, taciz, iftira, ima, hakaret vb. uygulamak için uygulanır. Cam uçurum ise, işletmenin kötü, kriz, riskli ve olumsuz olduğu durumlarda, normal şartlar altında üst düzey yönetim pozisyonlarına atanamayan kadın yöneticilerin atanmasını ifade eder. Araştırmaya göre, mobbing sürecin ilk adımıdır ve cam uçurum ise sürecin son adımıdır. Mobbingin sürecin ilk adımı olması ve cam uçurumun ise sürecin son adımı olması bu çalışmanın odak noktasıdır. Ayrıca çalışmanın çok bilinen bir kavram olan mobbing ve literatüre yeni giren cam uçurum kavramını birlikte ele almasından dolayı özgün niteliktedir. Bu çalışma bir derleme çalışmasıdır.
The aim of this study is to explain the relationship between mobbing, a widely studied topic, and a new concept of glass gap.
