Abstract:

The current research aims to find out (the impact of the P.L.A.N strategy on the achievement of social material among second-grade intermediate students and their attitude towards the subject) and to achieve this, the researcher relied on the experimental design with partial control and randomly selected a sample of second-grade intermediate students for the average will for girls affiliated to the Directorate of Education Baghdad / Rusafa II for the academic year (2019-2020), for the purpose of applying the experiment The research sample consisted of (71) female students by (36) students in the experimental group that is taught according to Plan strategy, and (35) students in the control group that are taught in the usual way. Equivalent have been made for students of both groups of this research in the variables: social subject scores for the previous year, IQ test scores, previous knowledge test scores, father and mother academic achievement, time age calculated by months and trend measure towards sociology, and in the light of the content of the social book of the class for the second average, the researcher formulated behavioral goals that reached (120) Target measures the first three levels of Bloom classification (knowledge, understanding, and application) The researcher then prepared teaching plans to achieve the goals formulated where she reached (20) A study plan for each total, and the researcher prepared an attainment test after I formed from (40) objective paragraph, which is of a multi-choice type, applied to the two research groups and adopted the social orientation measure, which included (40) a paragraph. After the application of the test, the dimensional attainment measure and the statistical processing of the results using the t-test for two separate samples, it emerged that there was a statistical difference in the attainment and direction of the social material of the second grade average for the benefit of the pilot group students who studied using the plan strategy. In the light of the research's findings, a set of conclusions and recommendations was reached.
