So many results that aren't mine?

Tarih boyunca ticaretin ve kültürün merkezi ve Ege Denizi’nin en önemli üslerinden birisi olan Rodos Adası, 16. Yüzyılda Osmanlı hâkimiyetine girmişti. Osmanlı döneminde bu özellikleri devam etmiş, adada bulunan farklı dinler ve kültürler genelde bir arada huzurla yaşamışlardı. Trablusgarp Savaşı sırasında İtalyanların Rodos ve On İki adayı ele geçirmesi, Uşi Antlaşmasında söz verdiği gibi iade etmemesi ve Yunanistan’ın da adalarda hâkimiyet kurmak istemesi sebepleriyle Rodos ve On İki ada yıllar boyunca bu üç devletin arasında sorun olmaya devam etmişti. İtalya’da 1922’de Benito Mussolini idaresinde Faşist yönetimin kurulması ile Ege denizi ve Akdeniz önem kazandı, İtalya bu dönemde adalar üzerinde oluşan üçgendeki üstünlüğünü ispat etmek amacındaydı. Bu yüzden, her ne kadar yönetimde bir etkisi olmasa da, Kral III. Vittorio Emanuele ve ailesi 1929 yılında Rodos ve On İki Adaya bir ziyaret gerçekleştirdi. Bu ziyaret ve önemi hakkında Avrupa basınına haberler yansıdı. Bu çalışmada çeşitli gazetelerden seçilen haberler ve yazılar ile İtalya kralı ve ailesinin gezisi ve bu gezinin yankıları incelenmektedir.

Abstract:

The island of Rhodes, the center of trade and culture throughout history and one of the most important bases of the Egean Sea, 16. In the century he entered the Ottoman rule. During the Ottoman era, these characteristics continued, and the different religions and cultures on the island were usually living together in peace. During the Trablusgarp War, the fact that the Italians captured Rhodos and the Twelve candidates, not returned as promised in the Treaty of the Servant, and that Greece wanted to establish sovereignty on the islands, continued to be a problem between Rhodos and the Twelve Islands for years. In Italy in 1922 the establishment of the fascist government under the administration of Benito Mussolini gained importance in the Egean Sea and the Mediterranean, Italy was intended to prove its superiority in the triangle formed over the islands during this period. Therefore, although there is no influence on the government, King III. Vittorio Emanuele and his family made a visit to Rodos and the Twelve Islands in 1929. This visit and the importance of the news reflected in the European press. This study examines the news and articles selected from various newspapers and the trip of the king and his family to Italy and the backgrounds of this trip.
