It is known that in the news production phase employees are exposed to various risk factors in the news transportation, production and broadcasting processes. Our study aims to identify the levels of impact on employees of various risk criteria determined taking into account the environmental conditions and social status in which news publishing employees work. Workers' health and safety conditions are determined on the basis of the opinions of decision makers who are specialized in the industry and the physical, psychosocial and ergonomic conditions of employees are analyzed by the hybrid method of decision making, which is a multi-critical method of decision making "Bulanık AHP" and "Bulanık AHP -Bulanık TOPSIS". The most risky group affected by the criteria determined when the results of the bullying AHP and bullying AHP - bullying TOPSIS hybrid model are considered to be the "Reji and Fiction Group". The risk classification for all alternatives is in the form of "regi and fiction group > camera front group > camera, sound and light group > production and management group". According to the results obtained, when all employees in the news media are taken into account, the employees are most affected by psychosocial risk factors. In calculations taking into account the undercriteria, the global risk criterion was “mobing”. In this framework, recommendations were made taking into account the working conditions of employees in the news publishing sector and the levels of risks arising from these environments.
It is known that employees working in the news production phase are exposed to various risk factors in the processes of access to news, production and broadcasting. When the results of Fuzzy AHP and Fuzzy AHP - Fuzzy TOPSIS hybrid model are examined, it is seen that the most risky group affected by the determined criteria is the "Reji and Editing Group". The risk ranking on all alternatives is; " Directing and Editing Group > Camera Front Group > Camera, Sound and Light Group> Production and Management Group". According to the results, when all employees in the news media are taken into account, employees are most affected by psychosocial risk factors. In the calculations made by considering sub-criteria, the global risk criterion has been "mobbing". In this context, suggestions were made taking into account the working conditions of employees in the news broadcasting industry and the levels of risks arising from these environments.
