Çevre, sadece bizim için değil gelecek nesiller için de bilinçli ve özenli bir şekilde korunmak zorundadır. Ancak Dünya’da olduğu gibi ülkemizde de 1980'den itibaren ve özellikle 2000 sonrası dönemde, çevre hukuku ile birlikte çevre koruma hakları da dikkate alınmaz olmuş ve bundan ötürü çevre de hızla zarar görmüştür. Son dönemlerde ise küresel ısınma ve iklim değişimi, doğal eşiklerin aslında çok daha önceden beri bozulmaya başladığının açık işaretlerini vermektedir. Bu nedenle çevre koruma hakları, çalışmanın ana konusu olarak seçilmiştir. Her demokratik ülkede sosyal devlet, bu hakları piyasaya bırakmaksızın, yurttaşlarına güven uyandıracak bir şekilde ulaştırmak zorundadır. Oysa ki, uygulanan politikalar gezegenin geleceğine dair açık bir tehdit oluşturmaktadır. Halbuki, çevre koruma vazgeçilemez derecede önemli temel politik bir alan durumundadır. Geleceğin sağlam temelleri çoktan sarsılmış olduğundan daha fazla gecikilmemelidir. Çalışma, bu hak ihlallerine karşı getirdiği tanımlarla açık ve net bir yanıt vererek özgün bir değere ulaşmaktadır. Çevre temelli muhalif hareketlerin karşı çıktığı son büyük projeler, saha çalışması olarak araştırmanın bir parçasını oluşturmuşlardır.
The environment must be consciously and carefully protected, not only for us, but also for the future generations. But, as in the world, in our country since 1980 and especially in the period after 2000, the rights to environmental protection, along with the environmental law, have not been taken into account, and therefore the environment has been rapidly damaged. In recent periods, global warming and climate change have given clear signs that the natural limits have actually begun to deteriorate much earlier. Therefore, the rights to environmental protection have been chosen as the main subject of the work. In every democratic country, the social state must, without leaving these rights on the market, communicate in a way that will raise confidence to its citizens. However, the policies implemented pose a clear threat to the future of the planet. However, environmental protection is an indispensable fundamental political field. The solid foundation of the future should not be delayed more than it has already been stumbled. The study reaches an original value by giving a clear and clear response with its definitions against these rights violations. The latest major projects against which environmental-based opposition movements have formed a part of the research as a field work.

The last major projects opposed by environmental-based opposition movements have been part of the research as fieldwork in this research.
