Abstract:

Bu çalışmada Ordu ilinde yaşayan insanların yumurta tüketim bilincinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada 2017 yılında Ordu ilinde ikamet eden vatandaşlardan basit tesadüfi örnekleme yoluyla belirlenen 387 kişi ile yüz yüze yapılan anketlerden elde edilen veriler kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, hane genişliği 3 . 33 kişi, hane başına haftalık yumurta tüketimi ortalama 18,68 adet olarak bulunmuştur. H anelerin ortalama aylık geliri 4296 . 50 TL olup ortalama aylık gıda harcaması ise 968 . 60 TL olarak tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmada, tüketicilerin %90,44’ü organik yumurta hakkında bilgi sahibi olduğunu belirtmiştir. Tüketicilerin %76,23’ünün yumurtanın üzerindeki harflerin (S, M, L, XL) ne anlama geldiğini bildiği saptanmıştır. Tüketicilerin %79 . 33’ü yumurta fiyatındaki artış ya da azalmanın tüketim miktarını etkilemediğini bildirmiştir. Tüketicilerin %61 . 76’sı yumurtanın sağlıklı koşullarda üretildiğine inandığını ifade etmiştir. Aynı zamanda, tüketicilerin %50,9’u kirli yumurtanın bir pazarlama stratejisi olduğunu belirtmiştir. Tüketicilerin %16 . 8’i yumurtanın kan kolesterolünü arttırdığını belirtmiştir.

Identification of the consumption of eggs in the Army

This study is aimed at determining the consumption consciousness of people living in the Army province. The study in 2017 used the data obtained from face-to-face surveys with 387 people identified by simple random sampling from citizens residing in the Army province. According to the results of the study, the house is width 3. 33 people found an average weekly egg consumption of 18.68 units per house. The average monthly income is 4296. The average monthly food spending is 968 TL. It was identified as 60 TL. The study found that 90.44% of consumers were aware of organic eggs. 76.23% of consumers found that they knew what the letters on the egg (S, M, L, XL) meant. 79% of consumers. 33 that the increase or decrease in the egg price did not affect the amount of consumption. 61% of consumers. 76 people believe that the egg is produced in healthy conditions. At the same time, 50.9% of consumers said that dirty eggs are a marketing strategy. 16 per cent of consumers. 8 indicated that the egg increases blood cholesterol.
