Bu çalışmanın amacı; yapısal sermaye, örgütsel çeviklik ve işletme performansı değişkenleri arasındaki ilişkileri incelemektir. Araştırmanın ana sorgusu; örgütsel çevikliğin yapısal sermaye ve işletme performansı arasındaki ilişkide aracılık rolüne sahip olduğu üzerine temellendirilmiştir. Araştırma verileri, Türkiye’de hizmet sektöründe İstanbul, Bursa, Erzurum ve Erzincan illerinde faaliyet gösteren bir işletmenin 676 çalışanına yapılan çevrimiçi anket sonucunda elde edilmiştir. Veri analizinde kademeli olarak SPSS 22 ve AMOS programlarından yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre; örgütsel çevikliğin yapısal sermaye ve işletme performansı arasındaki ilişkide aracılık rolüne sahip olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca araştırmanın diğer hipotezlerini oluşturan ve değişkenler arasındaki direkt ilişkileri içeren önermeler desteklenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları üzerinden sektör yöneticilerine ve gelecekte yapılacak çalışmalara önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
The aim of this study is to examine the relationships between structural capital, organizational agility and business performance variables. The main query of the research is based on the fact that organizational agility has a mediating role in the relationship between structural capital and business performance. Research data was obtained with the online survey from a company's 676 employees operating in the service sector in Istanbul, Bursa, Erzurum and Erzincan province, in Turkey. SPSS 22 and AMOS programs were gradually used in data analysis. According to the research findings; It has been determined that organizational agility has a mediating role in the relationship between structural capital and business performance. In addition, propositions that constitute the other hypotheses of the research and contain direct relationships between variables were supported. According to the research findings, recommendations were made to the sector managers and future studies.
