Abstract:

Supplier choice is a strategic decision that affects the competitive element along with profitability in. Therefore, working with the right suppliers will be the basis for sustainability along with success. In particular, the search for compliance with certain standards in products opened to foreign markets has shown the importance of companies to identify suppliers. In the study, a solution was sought for the problem of the supplier choice of the enterprises in the sewage sector. As a result of consultations with experts, 5 main 34 sub-criteria has been determined in the selection of dry curve suppliers, while selecting suppliers in the sector, quantity and quality are taken into consideration by many factors. It is therefore intended to eliminate uncertainty by using the foolish multi-criteria decision making techniques. The choice of supplier according to the criteria specified in a shipping company was then made using the foolish TOPSIS method. According to the findings obtained by the company, the four best supplier is identified by ranking according to the four supplier’s proximity index.
