Abstract:

Kamu sağlığına karşı işlenen suçlar başlığı altında, üç ayrı suç tipi incelenmektedir. Bu suç tipleri; Zehirli madde katma (TCK m. 185), Bozulmuş ve Değiştirilmiş Gıda veya İlaçların Ticareti (TCK m. 186) ve Kişilerin Hayatını ve Sağlığını Tehlikeye Sokacak Biçimde İlaç Yapma Veya Satma (TCK m. 186) suçlarıdır. Bu suçlar incelenirken, 765 sayılı mülga Türk Ceza Kanunu'ndaki düzenlemeler dikkat e alınarak aralarındaki farklılıklara değinilmektedir. Ayrıca, bu suçlara ilişkin öngörülen yaptırımlar ve ceza muhakemesine ilişkin hükümler de incelenmektedir.
