Değerlendirmesi yapılan eser, Tahtacıların gelenekleriyle ilgili gözlem ve araştırmalar ile Tahtacıların tarihi ve mitolojik geçmişini yansıtmaktadır. Eser, Tahtacıların kökenlerini anlatan tarih bölümü ile günlük yaşantılarını, kültürlerini anlatan gelenek ve yaşayış bölümleri olmak üzere iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmada yazarın eseri oluşturma amacı, verileri elde etmede kullandığı yöntem ve kaynaklar ile yazarın Tahtacılarla ilgili vermiş olduğu tarih, gelenek ve inançlar değerlendirilecektir. Eserin Tahtacıların kültürünü ve tarihini anlatan ilk eserlerden biri olması bu eserin tanıtılıp değerlendirilmesini önemli kılmaktadır. The work evaluated reflects the observations and research on the traditions of the Thieves and the historical and mythological history of the Thieves. The work consists of two sections, the historical section that tells about the origins of the Thetaciers and the tradition and life sections that tells about their daily lives, their cultures. The study will evaluate the purpose of the writer’s creation of the work, the methods and resources he uses in obtaining the data and the dates, traditions and beliefs the writer has given to the Thieves. Being one of the first works that tells about the culture and history of the Teachers makes this work important to be presented and evaluated.
