DOĞUM YAPAN HASTALARIN ALDIKLARI BAKIMI HASTA HAKLARI AÇISINDAN DEĞERLENDİRMELERİ

Bu çalışma, vajinal doğum yapan kadınların doğumda hemşirelerin yaklaşımlarını hasta hakları açısından değerlendirerek memnuniyetlerini belirlemek amacıyla planlanmıştır. Tanımlayıcı tipte yürütülen çalışmanın evrenini, Ekim 2005-Ocak 2006 tarihleri arasında Denizli Devlet Hastanesi’nde vajinal doğum yapan 460 kadın oluşturmuş, çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden 320 anne çalışmanın örneklemine alınmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri sosyo-demografik veri formu ve “Hasta Haklarını Değerlendirme Anketi” ile toplanmış; yüzdelik hesaplamaları, t testi ve Oneway ANOWA testleri ile istatistiksel analizler yapılmıştır. Annelerin %43.1’i 20-24 yaş gurubunda, %51.5’i ilköğretim mezunu ve %60.9’u ev hanımıdır. Annelerin %41.9’unun ilk gebeliğidir,%50.9’u tekrar aynı hastanede doğum yapmayı isteyeceğini belirtmiş ve %49.4’ü doğumdaki ebelerinin yaklaşımlarının kötü olduğunu ifade etmiştir. Annelerin %76.6’sı daha önce hasta hakları ifadesini duymadığını, %70.3’ü bir sorun yaşarsa şikayet etmeyeceğini, %29.4’ü şikayet etmeme nedeni olarak bir şeyin değişmeyeceğini belirtmiştir. Annelerin çalışma durumu, doğum sırasında ebelerin yaklaşımlarının nasıl olduğu ve bir sorun yaşadığında şikayet etme durumu ile hasta haklarına yönelik değerlendirmeleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark vardır (p < 0.05).

This study was planned to determine their satisfaction by evaluating nurses’ approaches in terms of patient rights. The universe of the study conducted in the identificative type was taken into the sample of the study of 320 mothers who agreed to participate in the study, which formed 460 women who had vaginal births in the Denizli State Hospital between October 2005 and January 2006. The data of the study was collected with the socio-demographic data form and the "Patient Rights Assessment Survey"; statistical analysis was carried out with percentage calculations, t tests and Oneway ANOWA tests. 43.1 percent of mothers are in the age group of 20-24 years, 51.5 percent are primary school graduates and 60.9 percent are households. It is the first pregnancy of 41.9 percent of mothers, 50 percent. 9 said they would want to be born again in the same hospital, and 49.4 percent said their abortion approach was bad. 76.6 percent of mothers said they did not hear the patient rights statement before, 70.3 percent said they would not complain if they had a problem, and 29.4 percent said that nothing would change as a reason to complain. There is a statistically meaningful difference between the working status of mothers, how the approaches of the wombs during childbirth and the condition of complaining when they experience a problem and their assessments of the rights of the patient (p < 0.05).
