Özel haklara sahip bireylerin aldıkları eğitimin etkililiği; öğretmenlerin, ebeveynlerin, özel gereksinimi olan ve normal gelişim gösteren çocukların, bir arada yaşamaya, birlikte eğitim almaya yönelik tutumlarından etkilenmektedir. Okullarda yürütülen mevcut uygulamaların tespit edilip gereksinimlerin belirlenmesi ve eksikliklerin giderilmesi, etkili uygulamaların geliştirilmesi açısından öğretmenlerin kaynaştırma çalışmaları hakkındaki görüşlerinin belirlenmesinin, önemli olduğu düşünülmektedir. Bu düşüncelerden hareketle, çalışmada, öğretmenlerin kaynaştırma eğitimine yönelik görüşlerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemine Çorum ili Sungurlu ilçesinde bağımsız anaokulları ve anasınıfı bulunan okullarda görev yapan ve araştırmaya gönüllü katılan okul öncesi öğretmenleri dahil edilmiştir. Çalışmada öğretmenlere ilişkin bilgi elde etmek amacıyla “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” ile öğretmenlerin kaynaştırma eğitimine yönelik düşüncelerini belirlemek amacıyla araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre, öğretmenlerin tamamı kadın olup lisans mezunudur. Öğretmenlerin tamamı kaynaştırma dersini lisans eğitimi sırasında teorik olarak aldıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Araştırmaya dahil edilen öğretmenlerin tamamı aldıkları eğitimi yetersiz bulmakta ve uygulamalar sırasında bir çok açıdan sorunlar yaşadıklarını ifade etmişlerdir.

Abstract:

The effectiveness of the education that individuals with special rights receive is influenced by the attitudes of teachers, parents, children with special needs and normal development, to live together, to receive education together. It is considered important to identify the existing practices carried out in schools and identify the requirements and eliminate the deficiencies, and to determine the opinions of teachers on the work of coaching in terms of the development of effective practices. Through these thoughts, in the study, the aim is to study the opinions of teachers on the coaching training. The examples of the study include pre-school teachers who work in schools with independent kindergartens and native schools in the district of Çorum or Sungurlu and who participate voluntarily in the research. The study used a semi-configured interview form prepared by the researcher in order to obtain information about the teachers with the "Personal Information Form" to determine the thoughts of the teachers towards the training of the coaching. According to the findings from the research, all teachers are women and graduates. All teachers have stated that they took the coaching course in theoretical way during their bachelor's training. All the teachers involved in the research found that the education they received was insufficient, and they expressed that they had problems in many ways during the practice.

It is thought that it is important to determine the opinions of teachers about inclusion studies in terms of determining the current practices carried out in schools, determining the needs, eliminating the deficiencies, and developing effective practices. Based on these considerations, it was aimed to examine the views of teachers on inclusive education in this study. Preschool teachers who work in independent kindergartens and schools with kindergartens in the Sungurlu district of Çorum province and voluntarily participated in the research were included in the sample of the study. In the study, a "Personal Information Form" was used to obtain information about teachers, and a semi-structured interview form prepared by the researcher to determine teachers' thoughts on inclusive education. According to the findings obtained from the research, all of the teachers are female and have a bachelor's degree. All of the teachers stated that they took the inclusive course theoretically during their undergraduate education. All of the teachers included in the study found the training they received insufficient and stated that they had problems in many aspects during the practices.
