Bu çalışmada Kırım Savaşı’ndan (1853-1856) bahseden Osmanlı Türkçesi matbu bir cihad risalesinin neşri amaçlanmaktadır. Müellifi meçhul olan Cihad Emr-i Hak’tır başlıklı bu risale cihad ve mücahid kavramlarının tanımıyla başlamaktadır. Ardından Osmanlı tebaasının cihad şuurunu ortaya koyan ve cihada dair örnek alınacak dört hadiseden bahsedilmektedir. Birinci olayda Halil ismindeki gönüllü bir Osmanlı neferinin cihada çıkmak için ailesine veda etmesinden ve aile fertleri arasında geçen konuşmalardan, ikinci olayda Abdal Musa’nın cesaretinden, üçüncü hadisede sahabeden Ammar b. Yasir’in (ra) kahramanlığından, dördüncü olayda ise Kırım Savaşı’nın önemli muharebelerinden birisi olan Gözleve muharebesinin Osmanlı ordusunca nasıl yapıldığından bahsedilmektedir. Bu olayların tamamı Osmanlı neferlerinin cihad şuurunu kuvvetlendirmek için anlatılmıştır.
In this study, the Ottoman Turkish matbu, referring to the Crimean War (1853-1856), is aimed at the pleasure of a jihad mission. This is the beginning of the covenant with the covenant with the covenant with the covenant with the covenant with the covenant with the covenant. Yasir, and in the fourth event, how the Ottoman army did the Gözleve battle, one of the important battles of the Crimean War. All of these events are told to strengthen the jihad consciousness of the Ottoman nefer.
This study aims to focus on the publication of a printed treatise on jihad in Ottoman Turkish concerning the Crimean War (1853-1856). The author of this treatise is unknown and it is entitled Jihad is the Decree of God (Cihad Emr-i Hak’tır). It begins with the definitions of jihad and mujahid. Then, four cases those that put forth the understanding of jihad in Ottoman society is explained. The first case is the account of Halil, an Ottoman military volunteer, when he departed from his family to participate into the war as well as the dialogues between the family members; the second case is about the bravery of Abdal Musa; the third one is about the valour of a Companion of Prophet Muhammad, Ammar b. Yasir; the fourth and the last case is concerning how the Ottoman army fought during the Battle of Eupatoria, which is among the important battles of the Crimean War. All of these cases were recounted in order to strengthen the conciousness of jihad among the Ottoman soldiers.
