TiO2 Nano Toz Katkılı SiO2 Nanosollerin Keten Kumaşlar Üzerindeki Etkilerinin İncelenmesi

Titanyum bazlı bir malzeme olan titanyum dioksit (TiO2), yüksek stabiliteye ve düşük maliyete sahip oluşu, malzemeye antibakteriyel, UV absorplayıcı, fotokatalist özellikler verebilmesi nedeniyle üzerinde yapılan çalışmaların giderek arttığı bir kimyasal haline gelmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında nano toz formda olan TiO2, bağlayıcı olarak SiO2 nanosol ile bir araya getirilerek keten içerikli numunelere aktarılmıştır. Numunelere karakterizasyon, kaplama sonrası renk değişimi, ışık haslığı ve bazı fiziksel testler uygulanmıştır. Sonuçlarda; TiO2’in silika sol ile kumaş yüzeyine tutunabildiği ve 150 oC fikse sıcaklığında uygulanan nanosol kaplamaların numunelerin ışık haslıklarını iyileştirdiği tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract:

Titanium dioxide (TiO2), a titanium-based material, has become a chemical in which studies are increasing due to its high stability and low cost, the material is able to give antibacterial, UV absorber, photokatalistic properties. In the framework of the study, TiO2, which is in the nano powder form, was transmitted to cement-containing samples by combining SiO2 nanosol as a binding. The samples have been characterized, after-covered color change, lightness and some physical tests. In the results; it was found that TiO2 can be held on the surface of the tissue with silicone left and that nanosol coatings applied at a fixed temperature of 150 oC improved the luminosity of the samples.

Abstract:

Titanium based material titanium dioxide (TiO2), has become a chemical which is increasingly wide working area due to having high stability and low cost, antibacterial, UV absorber and photocatalyst properties. Within the scope of the study, TiO2 which is in nanopowder form, was combined with SiO2 nanosol as a binder and transferred to flax-containing samples. The samples were applied a few tests which are characterization, color change after coating, light fastness and some physical tests. It has been found that TiO2 can be embedded to the fiber surface with silica sol and the light fastness was improved when nanosol coating applied at fixation temperature of 150 oC.
