The aim of this study is to determine some effects of fast-tempo music on the performance of taekwondors. The model of the research is the experimental design of the pre-test-sontest and control group. The work group consisted of a total of 16 athletes, including 8 women and 8 men at national team level (n=16). The athletes are divided into two groups as the control group (n=8) and the experiment group (n=8). The average age of the athlete is x = 21.56. The study used the match analysis form as data collection technique and the 'Situation Optimal Performance Emotional Status Scale-2 (Cucher,2007)'. The athletes played 3 round games without listening to music on the first day and immediately after the match they were given the Status Optimal Performance Emotional Status Scale-2 (DOPDDÖ-2). Athletes in the experimental group determined by the second day curry method immediately before the match, athletes in the process of upgrading the internal motivation in a passive condition (just before the match comes out on the ring edge) the remix version of the fast tempo mehter marsh was heard 1 times and immediately taken out of the match. At the end of the three round matches, the DOPDDÖ-2 was again applied to the athletes. Athletes' matches were taken on the camera for two days and evaluated according to the match analysis form developed. The study found a statistically significant difference between the control and experimental group of taekwondoces of fast-tempo music in terms of the overall technical application assessment [t(7)3,8, p<.05]. In the experimental group, the total points they obtained during the match, the technical application, the number of attacks and the emotional conditions were increased. However, this increase does not mean statistically.
