Abstract:

We see that the customization practices that have increased their influence after the 1980s, in line with economic, social and political developments, are also included in the local services of rapidly growing and developing ancestors. In the face of the cities that are growing in both quality and quantity, local governments are challenged to fulfill the urban services they are responsible for as well as the effects of the lack of material resources. The law is also established to the extent that it is possible for them; some urban services are established with the examples of the private sector by various methods. In addition to the fact that the services are seen as a means of increasing efficiency and efficiency in the provision of services, the customization practices, which are also seen as a means of dividing the country, with their practices in Turkey, sometimes achieved success and sometimes resulted in loss.
