Koroner Arter Hastalarında Beslenme Alışkanlıklarının Kan Lipit Düzeylerine Etkisi

Abstract:

Amaç: Bu çalışma koroner arter hastalığı olan bireylerin beslenme alışkanlıklarının kan lipit düzeylerine etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı. Çalışma Planı: Bu çalışma kesitsel tanımlayıcı olarak 01 Mart – 30 Mayıs 2016 tarihleri arasında bir eğitim ve araştırma hastanesinin kardiyoloji kliniğinde tedavi gören hastalar üzerinde yürütüldü. Örneklem büyüklüğünün hesaplanmasında G*Power 3.1.5 paket programı kullanıldı. Örneklem büyüklüğünü, %95 güven aralığı ve %80 evreni temsil etme yeteneği ile 105 hasta oluşturdu. Veriler araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanan ve hastaların demografik özellikleri ve beslenme alışkanlıklarını içeren anket formu kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler ve ki-kare testi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırma kapsamındaki hastaların yaş ortalaması 66,66±10,77 olup, %58,1’i erkektir. Katılımcıların ortalama total kolesterol değeri 175,83±42,68, LDL kolesterol değeri 113,48±30,41, HDL kolesterol değeri 44,53±17,95 ve trigliserid değeri 139,76±60,93 olarak bulundu. Abstract:

Purpose: This study was done with the aim of determining the effects of the eating habits of individuals with coronary artery disease on blood lipid levels. Work Plan: This study was conducted on patients treated in a cardiological clinic of an educational and research hospital between 1 March and 30 May 2016 as a cutting-edge identification. For the calculation of the sample size, the G*Power 3.1.5 package program was used. 105 patients, with the sample size, 95% confidence range and the ability to represent 80% of the universe. The data was collected using a survey form prepared by researchers and containing the demographic characteristics and eating habits of patients. In the evaluation of the data, identifiable statistics and ki-core tests were used. Results: The average age of patients under the study is 66.66±10.77 and 58.1% of them are male. The average total cholesterol value of the participants was 175.83±42.68, the LDL cholesterol value was 113.48±30,41, the HDL cholesterol value was 44,53±17,95 and the triglyceride value was 139.76±60,93. The study found that there was a statistically meaningful relationship between the state of regular meal consumption and triglyceride height.
