Abstract:

Bu araştırmada, İmam Hatip Ortaokulu (İHO) din kültürü ve ahlak bilgisi (DKAB) öğretmenlerinin özel alan yeterlik düzeylerinin çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı (MEB) tarafından belirlenen “Özel Alan Yeterlilikleri”, uzmanların görüşü alınarak 5 puanlık Likert tipi bir ankete dönüştürülmüştür. Çalışmada nicel araştırma yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan “İHO DKAB Öğretmenlerinin Özel Alan Yeterlikleri Anketi”, MEB’in 2015 yılı seminer dönemlerinde uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini; Türkiye’deki İHO’larda çalışan DKAB öğretmenleri, örneklemini; Afyonkarahisar, Balıkesir, Eskişehir, Kütahya, Manisa ve Uşak illerindeki 78 İHO’da çalışan 355 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Örneklemin % 95’lik güvenirlik seviyesiyle evreni yansıtacağı değerlendirilmektedir. Araştırma verileri istatistiksel yöntemlerle analiz edilmiştir. Analiz aşamasında maddelere katılım düzeyiyle ilgili ağırlıklandırılmış ortalama değerler tespit edilmiş, Cramer V, Mann Whitney-U,  Kruskal Wallis-H gibi istatistik testleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonunda, öğretmenlerin yeterlik algılarının “fakülte”,  “hizmet içi eğitim alma”, “lise türü”, “cinsiyet”, “yaş”, “hizmet yılı” ve “hafızlık” değişkenlerine göre anlamlı farklılaşmalar gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract:

In this study, Imam Hatip High School (IHO) teachers of religious culture and ethical knowledge (DKAB) aimed at studying the level of competence in the special field in terms of various variables. "Special Field Qualifications" determined by the Ministry of National Education (MEB) has been converted into a 5-point Likert type survey, taking the opinion of experts. Research methods have been used. The "IHO DKAB Teachers' Special Field Qualifications Survey", prepared by the researcher, was implemented in the 2015 seminar periods of MEB. The universe of the research; the DKAB teachers working in the IHO in Turkey, the sample; 355 teachers working in the 78 IHO in Afyonkarahisar, Fiskesir, Eskişehir, Kütahya, Manisa and Uşak provinces. It is estimated that the sample will reflect the universe with a 95% reliability level. The research data is analyzed by statistical methods. In the analysis phase, weighted average values related to the level of involvement in substances were identified, statistical tests such as Cramer V, Mann Whitney-U, Kruskal Wallis-H were used. At the end of the study, it was found that teachers' perceptions of qualification show significant differences according to the variants "in faculty", "in service education", "high school type", "gender", "age", "service year" and "heartiness".

Investigation Of Special Field Competenci̇es Levels Of Religious Culture and Moral Teachers İn Imam Hatip Secondary Schools Knowlodge In Terms Of Various Variables

In this study, it is aimed to investigate the differentiation in the level of the field competences of teachers of Religion and Morality from Imam Hatip Secondary Schools based on some individual and school demographic variables. The Special Field competencies determined by MEB were transformed into 5-points Likert-type questonnaire based on the opinion of experts. Data gathered from the sample 355 teachers of Religion and Morality working in 78 Imam Hatip secondary schools in Kütahya, Uşak, Balıkesir, Eskişehir, Manisa ve Afyonkarahisar in 2015 were analyzed with Cramer V, Mann Whitney-U test, Kruskal Wallis-H test. It is found that teachers’ perceptions of competency do variate to the subgroups of “faculty”, “in-service training”, “high school training”, “gender”, age”, “experience” and “Qur’an hafiz” variables.
