Abstract:

Thin films, which have gained a big momentum among the research and development work done in recent years, are the foundation of electronic equipment technology. The performance obtained from fine films that have a wide range of uses is a very important parameter. This is because the achieved performance is directly related to the manufacturing techniques. Differences in manufacturing techniques and manufacturing conditions reveal many features that are not found in volume materials in thin films. These features give fine film materials superior features compared to volume materials and open up new work. With the development of technology, new production technologies have emerged and developed that can be alternative to each other in the production of fine films. In this study, these techniques performed in three different stages, solid, liquid and gas, are described in detail with the subtypes, aimed at studying their advantages and disadvantages. Furthermore, the pH value of the solution, temperature and reaction time, the solvent concentration, the structure and concentration of the catalysts used, the cooling temperature and duration, the drying and drying atmosphere, the impact of the parameters on the film quality, the thickness of the film and the production costs have been studied.
