Abstract:

Eğitim ve öğretimde basarı, öğrenciyi belirlenen hedeflere ulastırmak için takip edilen yöntem ve tekniklerle doğru orantılıdır. Bu nedenle öğretmen ve öğrencilerin öğretmek-öğrenmek için yaptığı planlı etkinliklerin tümü, eğitim amaçlarının gerçeklestirilmesinde önemli rol oynar. Örgün öğretimde öğrenmenin ön kosulu iyi okuma, okuduğunu anlayabilme ve anlatabilme olduğuna göre, okuma stratejileri de öğrenciyi belirli hedeflere ulastırmada kullanılabilecek çok önemli unsurlardır. Bu çalısma; tarih öğretiminde okuma, okuduğunu anlama, yorumlama ve hedefleri belirli bir okumanın öğrenmede nasıl katkı sağladığını ortaya koyma yolunda olusturulan bir model önerisidir. Bu makalede; okuma stratejilerinden biri olan ve “Güdümlü Okuma Dersi” olarak adlandırılan yaklasımın tarih öğretiminde uygulanabilirliği üzerinde durulmus ve bu kapsamda öğrenmeyi daha iyi sağlamak için öneriler sunulmustur. Anahtar Kelimeler: Tarih, güdümlü okuma, okuma-anlama   Abstract : There is a direct correlation between the acquisition of educational and instructional success and the applied methods and techniques in order to achieve this success. Therefore, all the planned activities by the instructors and students for teaching and learning have a vital role in the realization of educational objectives. Since effective reading, comprehension and explication are preconditions for successful learning the training of reading strategies becomes also quite important. This study is a proposal model and intends to illustrate the benefits of reading strategies i.e. effective reading, reading-comprehension, explication and motivated reading on history teaching. This paper discusses the applicability of the reading strategy named “Motivated Reading Course” in history and further aims to provide new suggestions for a more effective learning.
