Fasulyede Rhizoctonia solani’nin Neden Olduğu Kök Çürüklüğüne Karşı Tohuma Bazı Fungisit Uygulamalarının Etkinliği

Fasulyede Rhizoctonia solani’nin neden olduğu kök çürüklüğüne karşı bazı fungisitlerin çıkış oranı, hastalık şiddeti ve bitki gelişimi üzerindeki etkisi bu çalışma kapsamında değerlendirilmiştir. Tohum ilacı olarak kullanılan fungisitler arasında sedaxane en etkili fungisit olup, patojenle inokuleli kontrol uygulamalarına göre çıkış oranını %93.33 seviyesinde artırdığı,  hastalık şiddetini ise %44 oranında engellediği tespit edilmiştir. Benzer şekilde fludioxonil ve azoxystrobin etkili maddeli fungisit uygulamalarındaki çıkış oranının sırasıyla %86.67 ve %73.33 olduğu, hastalık şiddetinin ise %32.00 ve %30.67 oranlarında azaldığı belirlenmiştir. Trifloxystrobin ve difenocanozole etkili maddeli fungisitler ise orta derecede etkili olup, hastalık şiddetini sırasıyla %18.67 ve %20.00 oranlarında engellemişlerdir. Bununla birlikte thiram, acibenzolar-s-methyl ve propineb etkili maddeli fungisitlerin çıkış oranı ve hastalık şiddeti üzerinde etkili olmadıkları tespit edilmiştir. Bitki gelişimi açısından da sedaxane, fludioxonil ve azoxystrobin etkili maddeli fungisitlerin kontrole yakın bir gelişim sağladıkları gözlemlenmiştir. Bu kapsamda bu fungisitlerin tek başına yada kombinasyon uygulamalarının fasulyede bu hastalığın neden olduğu kayıpların azaltılması açısından faydalı olacağı düşünülmektedir.

Effectiveness of some functional applications to seed against root dirt caused by Rhizoctonia solani in beans

Abstract:

The output rate, severity of the disease and effect on plant development of some fungicides against root dirt caused by Rhizoctonia solani has been assessed in this study. Among the fungicides used as a seed medicine, sedaxane is the most effective fungicide, and it has been found to increase the output rate by 93.33% according to the pathogen and inocular control practices, and prevent the severity of the disease by 44%. Similarly, the output rate in the active substance fungicide applications of fludioxonil and azoxystrobin was 86.67% and 73.33% respectively, while the severity of the disease was reduced by 32.00% and 30.67% respectively. Trifloxystrobin and difenocanozole fungicides are medium-effective, with the severity of the disease 18.67% and 20% respectively. They were blocked by hundreds. However, thiram, acibenzols-s-methyl and propineb active ingredients have not been found to be effective on the output rate and severity of the disease. In terms of plant development, sedaksane, fludioxonil and azoxystrobin active ingredients have also been observed to provide a close-controlled development of fungicides. In this context, it is believed that these fungicides alone or combination applications will be beneficial in terms of reducing the losses caused by this disease in the beans.
